QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN ASSEMBLY MEMBER:

Must be over 16

Be a resident of your state

Exhibit common sense, intelligence, good character, and sound judgement

Cannot have been convicted of any crime

Cannot be holding title of nobility or attorney of the BAR, or be a public official

Must autograph under oath Declaration of Unalienable Rights
